Terms of Service

Welcome to Ascend Systems. By accessing our website (ascendsystems.in) or contracting our engineering, website development, software development, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Ascend Systems provides bespoke software development, website design, ERP and CRM solutions, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising management. All project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in formal project proposals or service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final milestone payment, 100% of custom source code, design assets, and database schemas developed specifically for the client transfer to the client organization. Ascend Systems retains rights only to pre-existing open-source libraries or proprietary core frameworks licensed to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary brand collateral, content, API credentials, and feedback required to meet agreed sprint milestones.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to project milestones (e.g., initial token deposit, staging review, final deployment). Invoices are payable via bank transfer, UPI, or verified corporate payment gateways.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu and Kashmir.
